I think this is a falcon but not sure i know the picture is not the best it was taken from my kitchen window

I'd say it is a Juvenile Coopers Hawk, Let's see what others think. |

| peregrines have a larger "mask" on their faces and paler breasts, and shorter tails Cooper's hawk:
