| My blues have 3 eggs now. I am keeping my fingers crossed that nothing happens to them like it happened to the other four eggs. I have two other boxes being checked out by tree swallows and a bluebird.
Today I saw this baby bird hopping across my yard. Don't know what kind it is, but it's adorable. It was found by its mother but I moved it to a tree because my yard is due to get mowed and I didn't want it to get killed. I think mama bird followed it there. I went back a little bit ago and I didn't see it. In a few minutes it came out of the tree. To the ground. Couldn't get it to put it back in the tree. Finally, it flapped it's little wings and made its way up the side of the tree. How adorable. Hope it will be ok. Hopefully mama is around. |

| The tree swallows won't leave my box alone. Poor blues! I will be putting up another box next week for the swallows to nest in. :) |
