4 lil baby bluebirds out in the big world

| Left yesterday and today heavy rain and wind. I feel so bad for them, but I guess it will make them stronger. I have not seen them yet, but I am feeding mom and dad wax worms and I see them fly over some tall trees to feed the babies :) Had a rough start to the BB season so I am very happy about the 4 little ones :)

| Karen, congrats on finally getting some babies out there. Yes you have had a rough season. I worried about my TRES babies out in this pouring rain too. Thank GOD it cleared up enough this afternoon that they could find food. I feel so helpless with them , I wish there was SOMETHING they would eat that I could put out for them in bad weather. Just wondering....did you have any poop sacks on your deck? |

| I only had one poop sack and the female brought it. When she put the one on the deck...I yelled at her and she never did it again. She would bring them and set them in the tree by the deck lol.I get all the goofy bluebirds :) Dad would fly across the street and drop them in the corn field so I know it wasn't "poop sack Dad" :( Yes, I am also glad the weather cleared up...not much for the BB's to eat in the pouring rain either. I really missed my tres. Those dang wrens.... I hate them as much as the hosp!!! |

| I was hoping by some small chance it was him. Finding any bird dead is sad but when it's "your" bird it's even sadder. But YEA you have a new pair, I am sure they will be back next season! |
