| Hi Mollyjanea; Don't have a lot of side trips to relate, but we always enjoyed visiting the hot springs before (and after) the bluegrass fest. Orvis Hot Springs in Ridgway (just outside of Montrose) is on the net. They rent a few rooms in the hotel and have camping in one section of the parking lot. Not great campsites, but it's cheap and the springs are so relaxing. (FYI - most bathers prefer to soak sans swimsuits) Have a great time at the Fest! Say hi to Emmy Lou! Livi |

| Let us all know how the festival was when you get home. That is one of my dream camping trips. Any tips you could pass along would be great as well. Enjoy!! |
