Tent camping for a single woman

Hi there! Don't get the wrong idea. I'm a single woman who is taking off on a camping trip by herself. I haven't been camping in years but loved it 35 years ago and am now able to take it up again. Yes, it would be better maybe to go with friends or family, but since I don't have any, I have to do it on my own! why not? I bought a dome tent and airbed. Or can sleep in my car along the way.
Any advice? I'll be leaving on July 5 for however long!!! I plan on heading South or Southwest. I live near Seattle and want dry, sunny weather!!! Probably stay in State Parks for safety. Thanks! |

| How 'bout looking for singles campgrounds on Google? Or is that not your cup of tea? It is dry, sunny, HOT here in southern california. 90+ in Temecula. You will probably find some beautiful weather if you are you heading down along the coast. Have a great time! |

| with an attitude like that you just might find some friends along the way. good for you. what a great way to spend part or all of your summer. I'm sure that within a few days you'll be a pro at camping. |
