hello! I'm not really sure where to go to ask this question, but here goes. We live in PA and are taking our horses to Florida in February for a week long riding vacation. I know we need health papers and a neg. Coggins. But does anyone know if we can transport hay and grain across state lines?

To be certain, I'd check with your Dept of Agriculture. But I've never heard of any problem shipping grain or hay, and they're pretty common items of commerce.

That sounds like fun! Are you going someplace public? I'm taken my horses to Assategue Island for camping, which is a lot of fun, but only allowed in the winter, so it can get kinda chilly. I'm always interested in new spots to try with my friends. Have any suggestions? I'm in Maryland, BTW.
