Damselfly ID verification needed

Would anybody disagree with my identification of this? Thanks.

Ebony Jewelwing is correct. It is a male. (Females have white spots on wingtips.) Habitat is small shallow streams in wooded areas.

I love all damselflies but this one is a particular favorite. Nice pic :-)

Thanks. A wooded area next to a small shallow stream is exactly where I found it. The bank was wet that day and I almost slid into the creek while trying to get into position.
