| If killer bees lived up to their name, there should be no survivors to make a first-hand comparison. Googling "killer bees" gives about 10,000 times the results as does "killer yellow jackets", but that's not a good gauge of aggressiveness. I wonder if yellow jackets are more deadly, that is, do yellow jackets kill more people each year than "killer" bees. Are West Nile virus-bearing mosquitoes as aggressive as yellow jackets? These mosquitoes have certainly overtaken killer bees in the media the past few years. I would pick Mothra over Godzilla, if that shows you where I'm coming from. |
