Silver Ladybugs?

| Hello.........I have been battling a pretty severe aphid infestation, and last week the Ladybugs finally arrived to help out. I've become kind of morbidly fascinated by watching the baby ladybugs chase down and devour the aphids, and I've made an interesting discovery. I have noticed several silver ladybugs. I know there can be many color variations, but I've never seen any like like this. They have the typical black spots, but silver bodies. Anyone else ever come across some of these? |

| Just the other day a silver lady bug landed on my knee. Fortunately I had a camera in hand so I was able to photograph it. If you are interested I could send you the photo. |
