Would anybody be able to determine which one this is, ... or neither?

If you want some good insect IDs, we have to see more than their undersides.

Its definitely a Geometer moth, no doubt about it. As you can see in the picture, its wing is divided into two parts all the way to its main body, something rarely seen in Fall Webworms.

Geometer moths are similar to Butterflies when it comes to looks (but they are not Butterflies really, they are moth, which is a very common mistake people make). Also they have long legs but smaller main body. So I am sure its a Geometer moth.

Umm. I don't understand this "definitely a Geometer moth, no doubt about it. ...its wing is divided into two parts all the way to its main body, something rarely seen in Fall Webworms."

The wing isn't "divided." Instead, that image reveals the forewing and the hindwing quite clearly.

Here's a fall webworm adult

I'm trying to think of ANY moth, butterfly, skipper, or other related family member that doesn't have 2 sets of wings.
