It's one of the many species belonging with the Geometridae grouping of caterpillars. Can't tell you which one for certain, there are sooooo many and many resemble each other. The fact the it was found wandering around might be a clue to the timing in its life cycle. Other than that, there really isn't a way of telling. It appears to be full grown.
