Skippers. There is enough info in your photos to eliminate many skippers, not enough to find the exact species.

Yours would be among the "folded-wing skippers" (family Hesperiinae).

Perhaps another forum member familiar with your area can recognize them. The USGS site would give a list of skippers common to PA.

OK-I checked e-nature and I narrowed it down to the whirlabout or the least skipper for the first one. The second one looks like a long dash maybe? Anyone else care to throw their two cents in?
