Can anyone help with IDing this "worm"?

I see them (mostly in the evening/night) right at or right above water level at my pond. This is the biggest I've seen so far.

Hopefully the pics are ok, it's kind of hard taking pics of something so small.
Someone suggested a type of maggot. I did some searching & now I'm wondering if it could be Soldier Fly larvae.

Someone suggested Blowfly larvae. Do you think maybe that?

Mine doesn't have the long skinny tail.
