MD: Skink, Lizard, Salamander?

| Got a pic of this little guy this morning, but unable to ID. He was kind of wet looking, 4-6" long and that light colored stripe on the back is not a "trick of the light"... there was actually a single light colored stripe on the back. (see pic here - http://yfrog.com/f/bcwayaj/ )
