Can anyone help me identify the insect in the image?
The size is about 1 mm. The picture is taken in Bangalore, India.

Follow-Up Postings:

The clarity has been lost in the enlargment process and it's difficult to see any characteristic detail.

But I'll guess that it's a type of treehopper (family Membraciae, order Homoptera).
