| You need to tell us where you live. But it sure looks like a coyote, to me. Their size and general appearance is dependent on health, food availability, time of year, location, genetics, and other factors. In my location in Northern Alabama, I've seen some scrawny specimens as well as gorgeous creatures such as yours. They get fluffier in the fall and winter. |

| looks like a pure coyote. I have heard that most north eastern coyotes have some wolf dna in their veins...but this was just an Animal Planet program info. |
