Is this a Cooper's Hawk??

| I noticed this hawk perched on my neighbors HAM radio tower saturday evening right before dusk, and was able to get a couple of pics before he flew off, which was really quite impressive to see!!! He flew fast and low, right over the house, and just a few flaps of his wings, very powerful! Anyway, I read the thread on here about differences between Cooper's and Sharp-shinned, and I think this guy is probably a cooper's, but wanted to see what everyone else thought. Thanks!
