Identification Please-Hawks ?

This is far away from my usual forum activity but here in NE Arkansas I have a number of the hawks pictured below. These birds have wing spans of over two feet and prey on the jays, doves etc. They may occasionally take a small gray squirrel or other rodent. I have no problem with this natural predator-prey life style. I simply need identification for this raptor.

Those are Mississippi Kites. The one with the banded tail is an immature. Very cool birds.
