What kind of Lizard has a Ruffle?

The lizard has a distintive wavy ruffle from head to end of tail. Brown speckled.
We live near Daytona Beach, Florida for identification of this lizard. Thanks!

Sounds like you may have seen a brown basilisk, which is an introduced Lizard, although I haven't heard of them in that area. They are becoming more common in Miami-Dade County.
