That appears to be a red rat snake which is common in Florida. Thare are many color variations of them. Also called corn snakes they are a very beneficial animal as their name implies.

That is clearly a water snake - I am not too up of Florida snakes so I will let someone else give the exact species.

Its a Florida Banded Water Snake. They are harmless and non-venomous.

The picture is not very clear but I do not see the dark stripe behind the eye that the southern banded watersnakes usually have. The rat snakes of the southern peninsula are very often more drab in color than their northern cousins which led me to my answer. The banding on the upper body appears to be broken also. Frankly I am not convinced either way now.

You can see the stripe behind the eye if you look close enough. It's definitely a Florida Banded Water Snake though.

It isn't an ideal field guide specimen, but it is a Florida Banded Water Snake nonetheless. The stripe behind the eye is not very clear, but the markings on the chin are classic water snake too. Frogpatch is right about some of the upper body bands being broken (or at least they look to be in the picture from what I can tell). The partially broken bands might in fact be very mildly aberrant for a Florida Banded Water Snake. These are the kinds of real world snakes that make identifying snakes fun. I'm certain it is indeed a Florida Banded Water Snake, however.
