Everything we eat has an effect on our health. Our food determines the quality of our blood, which affects our cells, tissues, organs, and even our minds. When we eat healthy foods, we strengthen our bodies. When we eat foods without nutritional value, we weaken our bodies. Choosing foods that supply us with adequate vitamins and minerals is essential to our well-being.

Before I thought that all the foods we were eating was organic, but realizing the fact that most foods nowadays contains harmful chemicals or ingredients to our body, as this may increase the risk of having health problems or diseases, but now I changed and prefer vegetable to supply essential nutrients in my body.. meat is also good but a little only just to supply the need of protein for my body..
