I don't have high speed and after about 3 or 4 minutes, the PDF file was just getting started good....probably a very long and detailed file.......like other govt. files.

Too bad. I wonder if your local library would have better access to see this link.

Basicly, it shows how each watershed is identified by its area(outlined). Where I live it shows that it has just begun the process, step 2 of four part process. I am not sure what is involved with becoming certified and how that changes views and or what ever, my area is just shaded as it is currently going through phase of all areas started. It seems that by the map only 6 states have a small to half way certification and the only state that looks completely certified would be Hawaii.
